One of the accounts is known as a personal account and is not affiliated with UGA (anymore), the other account is the Microsoft work/school account and is affiliated and controlled by UGA. If you have not accessed your personal Microsoft account, then most likely the password needs to be reset through Microsoft. However, the Microsoft work account is controlled by UGA and password changes need to go through myid.uga.edu.
