- Go to https://archpass.uga.edu/
- Login through the UGA CAS system.
- Choose the 'Other Options' link
- 'Phone Call' (select '1' when you answer the phone, don't wait)
- Authenticate a SECOND time to manage devices
- Now, select your device and its 'I have a new phone' option
- Select 'Get Started'
- Choose 'Next' for I have Duo Mobile already installed
- Scan the QR code (in Duo Mobile app, select the key icon with plus sign)
- Duo Mobile has been reactivated
