- Go to https://eits.uga.edu/access_and_security/infosec/tools/duo/portal/index.html
- Login through the UGA CAS system.
- At the 'Choose an authentication method' select
- 'Call Me' (select '1' when you answer the phone, don't wait) or
- 'Enter a Passcode' (these would come from the 10 one-time-use codes)
- Select your device and its 'Device Options'
- Select 'Reactivate Duo Mobile'
- Choose phone type > I have Duo Mobile installed
- Scan the QR code (in Duo Mobile app, select the key icon with plus sign)
- Duo Mobile has been reactivated
