Choosing the Right Chart For You

Sounds like an easy decision, however, there are volumes of information on all the details that go into such a choice. Here are a couple suggestions:

Be sure to use the Design tab to make changes to the chart properties and Format tab to make style changes to the chart.

Dataset can be comprised of email subject line, to and from addresses. Calendar items can export a similar set of data.

Open Outlook the client
Go to File > Open and Export
Select Import/Export > Export to a file > Comma Separated File
Choose the location to save the export
Customize the Map Fields
1. Clear the mapping and only keep
  1. Calendar - To (Name), From(Name), Subject, Start Date, Meeting Organizer
  2. Email - Subject, From(Name), From(Type), To(Name)
