A Workflow connects two or more forms together, passing data from form to form, as with an approval sequence or follow-up request.
Mapping Your Business Process
Although workflows offer very flexible configurations, this also means level of maintenance increases. Knowing how to progress in the workflow is key for testing and troubleshooting. To that end, I highly suggest building a process map of the workflow you are designing.
